We try our best to price our retreats/workshops as fairly as possible and offer good value for money. We therefore have to have a clear cancellation policy to ensure that we cover our costs and the ongoing viability of the workshop.
We urge you to carefully check your calendar to ensure that you are available to attend any retreats/workshops you are booking with us.
A deposit of 500€ for retreats/workshops is required at time of booking to secure your place.
The outstanding amount needs to be paid in full by 1 (one) day before the start of the retreat.
Early bird registrations will be awarded a discount if paid before the early bird deadline.
A 150€ discount is applicable if payment is made in full and 100€ if a deposit of 500€ is paid by the early bird deadline.
Workshop cancellations by you
If your circumstances change, or something pops up and you are unable to attend the following options apply:
If you give more than 30 days notice to cancel a place on a retreat/workshop your options are as follows-
•Your deposit or full fee can be used towards another retreat/workshop on another date.
•You, the registered participant, may invite another person to substitute your place in the workshop (in which you are registered) at any time at no charge. Please note that this is your responsibility to find a replacement person and you must let us know in advance who will be attending.
If you give less than 30 days notice to cancel a place on a retreat/workshop then your options are as follows:
•You will be refunded the fee minus the 500€ deposit. This deposit is used to secure the location and the supplies for the workshop and it is out of our hands.
•You may invite another person to substitute your place in the workshop (in which you are registered) at any time at no charge. Please note that this is your responsibility to find a replacement person and you must let us know in advance who will be attending.
•If you would like to transfer, we can only transfer you to a future workshop if your place is re-sold.
We will do our best to fill the place within this time. Please be aware that in our experience it can be difficult to fill places on workshops at short notice.
Workshop cancellations by us
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop you will be given at least 7 days notice and offered either
•A full refund
•A transfer to another date or
•A voucher to be used at another time.
